Was Vehicle Towed: -	Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2000 pace arrow vision motor home. he received a safety recall notification for the vehicle speed control-cruise control. his complaint is that he has contacted four different ford dealerships in his local area and has been told by all that the parts would not be available until december 2007 or january 2008. he stated that he is a diabetic and that the cruise control feature is a necessity when he drives his vehicle. he wanted to go on record stating that he has a problem with ford telling vehicle owners that this repair should be made right away and then telling them that the parts won't be available for the repair for months. the current mileage was 35,000. there had been no failure to date.
