| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2007 pontiac g6. the contact stated that only one door of the vehicle has a key entry and she does not have a key fob for her vehicle. on october 6, 2007, the driver side door was blocked by another vehicle, which made it impossible to enter her vehicle. the contact had to wait two hours for the vehicle to move before she could open the door. the contact called the dealer and they stated that her vehicle only came equipped with a key entry and that she would have to pay to have a keyless remote entry installed. the current and failure mileages were 800. |
