Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: We have had the windows in our 2002 jeep cherokee just drop, when taken to the dealer the whole window regulator has to be replaced, even though it is a small piece that breaks. the same window twice has now fallen. the dealer rep said this is a huge problem for the jeep line and they have had to order large ammounts of the regulators to keep up with the breakage. we have a 2006 jeep liberty at the tv station i work at and both of the rear windows did the same thing, yet no recall by the manfacuter, when asked at the dealer they just shrug their sholder the cost of the unit is around $450 dollars and then the cos of labor thank you. *tr
