| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Problem with fuse installed in john deere riding mower, causing a fire in the mower. i purchased fuses from harbor freight, item 02940, set of fuses. had a fuse blow in my mower, and replaced with a new one from this set of fuses. 4 days later, when i was out of town and my daughter was mowing, the lawn mower caught fire while she was using it. all the wiring under the dash has been burned and destroyed. a couple weeks after this incident, i received a recall notice from harbor freight that there was a recall on the fuses. i have photographs of the damage. *tr |
