Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Spare wheel and tire are different size (smaller) than the wheels/tires on the ground. car purchased with "full size spare" specified. dealer and chrysler customer care say "the spare you have is what the specs say are standard". they also say, "it's only a spare". this full-time 4wd car contains many warnings about keeping all tires same inflation, size, type, etc. to prevent damage to the transmission. after the same problem with light trucks occurred, chrysler began shipping spare same size as tires on the ground. *tr |
