Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Air blend doors located deep inside dashboard have failed on my car & thousands of others. this causes the drivers compartment to typically freeze during winter months. even though it is an admitted manufacturing defect, chrysler will not issue a recall because it is not deemed enough of a safety issue. since repairs are $1k or more, many people are putting off service or trying homemade remedies to fix the problem. thus going without the repair or trying to do it yourself you make the drivers compartment very unsafe. chrysler is making a huge profit off this repair and their service centers admit this. *tr |
