| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a djg safety 1st infant child seat. the child seat was manufactured november 23, 2006. the model number was gd4359698. for at least two months, the strap attached to the buckle loosens and the child isn't secure. when the child is seated the straps are tightened and they began to come loose. this failure occurs frequently. the passenger was required to readjust them periodically to ensure the child was secure. |
