Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: 2007 bmw 750li my wife use this car for routing and normal drive to school and home, never drive to mountain and rockroad. more than 6 month only 5000 miles, then tire wheel crack. because a crack caused the flat, tire that is very dangerous. thank god she didn't drive on highway, so nobody got injury. right now i doubt the tire wheel quality, how come only 5000 miles the tire wheel will crack. that is defect. the tire wheel suppose to last for 10 or 50 thousand miles include impact and speed test. why it is so weak? bmw even don't offer information on manual book, they said only on website have these tire wheel info. and also said this tire wheel is very easy broken. but crack is not under warranty. how come they didn't offer this info before we sign contract? how come they treat customer life like joke? they even said if flat tire you still can run 10 miles without lose control. but if lose control, can they take responsibility? i can offer my crack tire wheel and tire to check, if necessary. *jb
