Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dual zone climate control in jeep grand cherokee blows hot air on drivers side and cold on passenger side when ac is on lowest temperature. the car has been in several times for the same problem. the dealer just replaced everything in the dashboard to fix this problem and i am having the same issue. my major concern is that as the winter approaches the windows will fog more and ice up. the inproper heating and cooling will not defrost the windows causing a dangerous situation for driving. my wife uses this car to drive my child and i do not want to risk thier safety. there are websites all over listing people with the same problem for years. |
