Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Cataylitc converter cracked, six to eight inches along welded seem with less than 50k miles. two seperate nissan dealers have recommended repairing the catalytic converter, with part #20711-5w90a, a band and sealant kit, at customer's expense, denying the defect in workmanship is covered under the federal emissions 8/80 warranty. both dealers state that the crack does not effect emissions.
