| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The problem i've encountered centers around the transmission. there is a hesitation when the car shifts gears, either when getting up to speed or slowing down to stop. one toyota dealer told me it was a problem with the transmission-related software that could be fixed via an upgrade. however, the problem persists. as a result, i took it to another toyota dealer and the representative of the service department told me there was not an issue at all. this occurred after he "test-drove" it for 3 miles. *tr |
