Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I am writing to inform you of a possible safety hazard issue. i purchased the graco pedic luxury foam platinum cargo booster car seat about a year ago (model # 8do1zph, mfg. date 09/05/06). i have contacted graco for the second time regarding this issue. the first time, they apologized and sent me a new piece, however within the year of receiving the piece i still have the same issue. the issue is the styrofoam which i believe they call "eps foam" is falling apart (in pieces and chunks). i have huge chunks of pieces that i can send to you if need be. i believe that this is a safety issue considering several kids can attempt to eat it. i don't understand why the styrofoam is not attached / glued on like the previous car seat i had (for example the evenflo triumph). the evenflo triumph car seat eps foam seems to be different foam consistency and seems to be glued on vs. the graco foam is unattached and has the consistency of packaging styrofoam. i am extremely concerned and disappointed with the car seat purchased. the reason why i purchased the car seat was due to the fact of the consumer reports safety report. *tr
