Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Incident: defog & heat does not work; had to drive 25 miles with windshield wipers on constantly in order to clear windshield, still did not do well even with newer wipers... 1) i woke up, started up jeep grand cherokee in order to defog windshield since it got cooler overnight leaving fog on windshield. 2) defog would not work, even though the vehicle had warmed up sufficiently and temp gauge indicated such as well. 3) had to take to dealer since regular mechanic could not perform service; replaced actuator, blend door and other parts. (unk if replaced parts are available since dealer performed service repair. *jb |
