| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2007 chevrolet silverado 1500. while driving between 10-60 mph, the brakes failed. on october 5, 2007, while driving 60 mph, the contact depressed the brake pedal, but the brakes would not engage. as a result, the contact swerved into a ditch in order to stop the vehicle. three weeks before the incident, the dealer replaced the abs. the powertrain was unknown. the current mileage was 17,000 and failure mileage was 2,000. |
