| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: At permanent fitting station where i work, i noted a bent retainer clip. when the harness is correctly snug, the locking tab of the clip is bending in toward the infant. it may not hold in the event of the crash, not to mention the discomfort to the infant in the chest area. i instructed mother of infant to contact britax, in hopes of a new clip. this seat was only used for 1 year with older sibling, and now for 7 weeks with infant passenger. the seat was well stored in between children as described by mother. for the quality of the seat and padding, a higher quality (2 piece) chest clip should be demanded!!! *jb |
