Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2000 ford expedition. while attempting to accelerate from a stop, the contact heard a loud popping sound followed by a noise coming from under the hood. the vehicle hesitated and would not accelerate. the contact had to glide the vehicle downhill and into her driveway. a mechanic discovered that a spark plug blew out of the hole. the dealer has not been notified and the vehicle has not been repaired. the current and failure mileages were 140,000.
