Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I have 2 jeep grand cherokee both have had to have dash completely pulled and blend doors replaced at a cost of $1100 and they both have only 50,000 miles. i was on a long trip threw the colorado mountains and passenger side would blow only cold air ,unable to clear windshields of fog. visibility/safety hazard. jeep knows they have this problem happens to all of there vehicles 99-04. they even have a tsb, but $1100.00 to fix? *tr
