| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Complaint: automatic transmission on 2007 toyota camry. vehicle does not respond during acceleration especially from a stop as well as during normal driving. lack of response recurs regularly since purchase in march of this year. problem has been reported to toyota with no response as well as to toyota service department who has admitted that they have received many complaints but cannot figure out what is wrong as well as toyota has told them there is nothing out of the ordinary. this problem has caused numerous close calls and near-misses when driving especially when crossing intersections putting my families lives in jeopardy due to toyota's refusal to admit their problem. this issue needs to be looked into by this department due to the large number of consumer complaints on this safety issue. *tr |
