| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a fisher price safe voyage deluxe child seat, model number, ef20b1a. the contact stated that her daughter was able to insert her fingers in between the fabric seat cover and the seat. the child was also able to pull padding from the backside of the fabric seat cover. the contact stated that her daughter ate some of the padding and choked. the manufacturer offered to replace the seat cover. the contact felt that would not correct the failure because it was the exact same seat cover. as of october 24, 2007, the contact had not received the new seat cover. |
