Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Passenger side heat does not work in our 2004 jeep gr. cherokee. it is related to a door within the climate control system. it sounds like there are many people who have had the same problem with this. estimated cost to fix is $800-$1000. the windshield will not defrost because all that blows is cold air. this is a safety hazard that needs to be addressed. daimler chrysler needs to be responsible for these defective parts. *tr
