| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Unlike other vw models, there is no way to buckle driver side seat belt without a twist in the seat belt. i took the car to the dealership to be fixed. they could not fix it . they contacted vw and we were told it is the way it was engineered. we compared it with another eos, which had the same problem. we then compared it to a passat, which did not have this problem. in addition to being uncomfortable, i fear that it will decrease the effectiveness of the seat belt. i also think with the discomfort, people may not wear it. *tr |
