Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: We own a 2002 jeep grand cherokee. the heating system stopped blowing hot air. when we took it in to the dealership they informed us that the blend doors were not functioning. they said this is a common problem on the jeeps and that cost to repair it would be in the neighborhood of $1200. apparently the entire dash needs to be removed and this takes 6hrs of labor to accomplish. *tr |
