| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My 2002 dodge ram 3500 pickup dash board is cracking. first it started as a small crack and now it has become a crack almost a foot long. there are other cracks in the dash as well (around the gauge cluster). at times my low beam lights flicker on and off while driving at night. nothing has been done about the cracked dash, i contacted my local dodge dealer and they said that there was no recall on the item and they could do nothing. a new dash quoted $455.00 just in parts. that is far to much for a dash that should have not cracked in the first place, and for a truck that is not that old. *tr |
