Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My heater in my 2001 jeep grand cherokee limited has been supposedly fixed 5x and it has never operated properly. first no air at all would come thru the vents then it blew only cold air out no matter what the setting was and now it won't blow heat out. mechanics are puzzled as to why it wont operate properly some say its the sensor some say its the thermostat or the computer chip hasnt reset itself. they keep trying to fix it yet it has never ran properly with the dual climate control. i am passed my warranty coverage date. i do not feel i should have to keep dishing out money time and again for the same thing. with as many times it has supposedly been fixed it should be all new parts in there for the heat/ac components to work!!! *tr |
