| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: A year ago, i purchased a 2002 mercury cougar. it had an in-dash 6 disc cd player. about 3 times a week, the cds would get jammed in the player. i got rid of the cougar and purchased a 2002 ford mustang two days ago. there are 6 cds stuck in the in-dash cd player on this car as well. others i have talked to that own ford/mercury vehicles with the same type of cd player are having the same problem. *tr |
