Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2001 chevrolet tahoe, went to have it inspected and the emergency brakes failed. i never used them so how can they be worn out? also, when i went to adjust the cable, it was already adjusted all the way that it could go. it should not have been adjusted out all the way. this came like this from the factory and i bought it new. now the garage want $300 to replace the emergency brakes which are different than the disc pad brakes. they even said that the rotor might be worn out also. this is ridiculous! that's another $300 plus labor. *tr |
