| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2004 dodge ram 2500. while driving 35 mph, the contact heard a noise coming from the front driver side of the vehicle. the contact took the vehicle apart and stated that the cause of the failure was the front driver side wheel hub. approximately one month later, the noise recurred when the vehicle came to a stop. the contact removed the front passenger side wheel and found that the universal joint failed. the failure mileage was 85,000 and current mileage was 91,000. |
