| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2005 cadillac cts v with 38,000 miles. while driving down a california freeway the rear differential locked up. we managed to pull vehicle off road. car was towed to cadillac dealership where rear differential breakdown was confirmed. dealership has declined covering part under warranty as they say "improper driving" was the cause. this is a crazy statement as this car has been driven just like all of our other cars. this problem is highly documented and very dangerous. we were lucky to be able to get the car off the road without an accident. *tr |
