Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My 2002 jeep grand cherokee first lost heat on the passenger side, then a few months later the drivers side heat would not work as well. i was told by my mechanic that the blend doors actuators were not working and would have to be replaced at the cost of $800-$1000. i have been told this is a very common problem. i think this should be a recall issue. please advise. *jb |
