Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2006 chevrolet silverado hybrid, upon coming to a stop light in the mountains of north carolina the hybrid vehicle shuts the motor off until until you remove your foot from the brake pedal. when you remove your foot from the brake pedal before you can place your foot on the accelerator the truck rolls backwards at a high rate of speed depending on the incline. chevrolet customer service has said there is no fix for this flaw as of yet and expects us to continue driving the truck as is. i feel this is very unsafe and this vehicle design should never have been sold in the mountains. thank you. *tr |
