Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Have received two recall notices from ford motor co. to have the speed control deactivation switch (scds) replaced. the cruise control on my motor home was disconnected in response to the first recall notice. as of this date they still claim no replacement parts are available. i am traveling across country. if they are producing this part on a daily basis, why can't the local dealer (courtesy ford - sanford, fl near where i am currently parked) receive one to install before my next leg of the trip?? it has been over one month since it was disconnected by this dealership. *tr |
