| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have a 2000 ranger xlt, with a recall for the cruise control. i have been waiting since august 2007 for this to be repaired. i was told that now i can't get it repaired until the middle of jan. 2008. i would like to know why, if this is an official recall, that this has to wait this long and i have to drive with no cruise control. this does not make me anxious to purchase another ford product. *tr |
