Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: When i took my car to the shop they also discovered that my right rear spring was completely broken. i have seen that this has been a constant problem for other owners as well!!!! i know that there was also an investigation done but no recall. there was a recall on the front springs (which i have already had a problem with!) and i am concerned that the rear springs have not been recalled. i have seen more complaints about the rear spring than the front. i'm just glad i noticed it before it had a chance to cause a blow out of the tire. i drive 65mph to work and the thought that it could have caused a very serious accident unnerves me. i'm very aggravated that ford has done nothing to fix this problem. until now i have always had a good experience with ford vehicles but at this point, i'm not sure that i would ever buy another. *tr |
