| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: We have a 2007 cedar creek silverback 5th wheel trailer with a dimplex electric fireplace . the fireplace has an electric heater which got so hot that it scorched the wood trim around the fireplace. if we did not see this it could have caused a fire. i contacted the manufacturer(cedar creek) and the dealer that where we purchased it about this problem. cedar creek would not respond and the dealer said we should not use it more that 15 min. at a time. i feel that there should be a recall because of the potential fire hazard. *tr |
