Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2001 buick lesabre. on three different occasions, beginning on december 6, 2006, the window suddenly dropped when it was being rolled up. on each occasion, the dealer stated that the contact was responsible for replacing the rear passenger side window regulator. the first repair totaled $318 and the subsequent repairs were $270 each. it has currently been eleven months and this will be the third time that the window regulator has been replaced. the vin and purchase date were unknown. the current mileage was 67,000 and failure mileage was 55,000. updated 12/11/07 *tr |
