| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The gauges on the dash - speedometer-gas-oil-heat, etc. will all fail at the same time - they will go all the way to the left - and all of the warning lights will come on - but you can still drive the car - you just have no idea what eh car is doing - and the power windows do not work - the car has been to the dealership for a total of 8 weeks since aug 26 - they have yet to be able to fix it - there are a lot of write ups on the internet for this exact same problem - as a matter of fact jeep had a recall for this same problem for their 2002 model - but will not do anything to help with this - kind of scary to be driving down the road and all of the gauges go off. *tr |
