Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: The seatbelt harness of this carseat does not properly latch and lock making it possible for any baby to slip or fall from the car seat also the carrying handle does not stay locked on more than one occasion my child was either flip upside down when the handle gave out or flopping forward when the belt came undone thank god i am alert and my newborn didn't fall face first onto the concrete,i have contacted the manufacturer and they have offered me a replacement car seat of the same make and model or one of that which is similar i don't want my child in either. *tr
