Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Seat belts never retracted completely. they remain loose around the entire vehicle, often hanging out the door when anyone exits the vehicle and is caught under the doors. also, does not retract properly around baby car seat. sometimes hangs loose. nissan has and unreliable parts and service department. so far, i have been lucky and no one has been hurt in my suv. it seems dangerous to me. *tr
