| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: We have an evenflo triumph car seat and recently noticed there is a poorly made piece behind the shoulders. it is the piece you have to pull out in order to adjust the straps, however, it does not stay connected once you've put the seat back together. it pops out with a slight tug so we're concerned what it would do in the event of an accident. the new models do not have this piece as of this year. it is cheaply constructed and we believe it would definitely pop out and jolt a child forward even if a child is buckled tightly if there was an accident, causing injury. i contacted evenflo to explain the situation and they sent a new piece, but it has the same problem. they would not allow us to replace it with the new model, however, the store where we bought it believes it warrants replacing and they are doing it at their expense since it is past the return date policy. *tr |
