Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Problems with the right shoulder strap on the evenflo child seat being non adjustable.*mr five (5) point harness system. label in seat states it can be used for child 20-40 lbs and 29"-43" tall and can also be used as a booster with a seat belt. the consumer's child is 40 1/2" tall and 31 lbs. when the seat was used as a booster the right shoulder strap is not adjustable. the strap rest under the child's chin instead of across his chest. the strap was positioned in correct slot (evenflo model # 2481182p1). *bf *nm
