| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer was concerned that he could have the same deactivation switch problem in his motorhome that is in his f150. the consumer received a recall on the cruise control deactivation switch (part number f3ta-9f924ca-5219). the consumer also owns a 2000 pace arrow which is built on a ford f53 chassis, vin number [xxx]. the part number for the cruise control activation switch in this vehicle is almost identical to the one recalled on the consumer's f150 (part number f3ta-9f924ca-9123). the consumer believes the same overheating problem could exist in his motorhome. he contacted the manufacturer and was told that there was no recall on the motorhome. *nm information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6). *tr |
