| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer 1999 silverado developed corrosion between the front hub/bearing assembly and the wheel speed sensor. *ts the consumer received recall 05v379000. in september 2003 the consumer had to replaced the front an rear brake rotors and pads with less than 17000 miles. the consumer was told then that the cause was excessive corrosion. the consumer contacted gm at that time but they offered no assistance. when the consumer received the current recall he submitted the invoice to the manufacturer. they refused to reimburse the consumer stating the work done was not covered by the recall. *nm |
