Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Jeep grand cherokee customer is looking for reimbursement for brake pulsation problems**nar**cc the consumer wrote in about 2 jeeps that she owns. the consumer started hearing sounds at 15 thousands miles. the vehicle was taken to the dealer for a soft pedal. it wasn't until 46,000 miles that the rotors had to be resurfaced. at 53,000 miles the brakes began pulsating and the dealer recommended replacing the rotors when the pads were due for change, in which the consumer was charged for the inspection and also stated it was a normal jeep problem. the consumers second jeep also needed rear rotors because they were warped.(2004 jeep grand cherokee) *jb
