Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Dometic refrigerator recall customer states that the service charge should be covered by dometic**nar**cc the consumer stated the unit was not cooling properly. the consumer was informed that his unit was out of the warranty period by 2 days, however the manufacturer granted a 30 day extension to the warranty period to cover the cost of the new cooling unit, but the consumer would have to cover the installation charges. the consumer had the unit inspected and it was determined that the unit had the same problem as described in the recall that had been issued. there was a coolant leak in the vicinity of the boiler tube. *jb
