| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2004 damon intruder rv does not close complete for safe travel customer states that the arms don't lock in**cc while driving, the awning extended about 8-10 inches from the rv, slammed back against the rv. the consumer extended the awning and noticed both arms were loose. the awning could only be retracted several inches at a time and the consumer had to twist and work with both arms so the awning would retract. the consumer left the awning retracted and was unable to use it.*tr |
