Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Ltr in regards to the recall services on her 2002 jeep liberty; she is seeking reimbursement and recommendations on how to resolve repairs done to her vehicle. *kb the consumer stated the vehicle has a bad vibration when coming to a stop. the consumer was told the tires needed to be balanced and rotated, however the consumer continued to feel the vibration after the work was done. the consumer was informed the brakes and rotors had rusted. the wiper blades were replaced. the drivers side speaker was making a rattling noise. *jb |
