Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: 2000 jeep grand cherokee with a recall for the fan. the customer stated he went to have the fan replaced, however after he left the dealer and drove 10 miles, the radiator was completely out of water. *kb the consumer returned to the dealer and was told it would cost $500.00 to replace the radiator. the consumer stated he should not have to pay for something that was supposedly fixed under recall.*jb
