| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2004 nissan maxima tires with sidewall cracking. consumer states that goodyear refuses to reimburse him for the replacement of there eagle rsa p245/45r18 tires, due to sidewall cracking. *kb the consumer stated when he first tried to get the tires replaced under warranty he was told the damage was cosmetic. now for the second time goodyear has denied the consumers claim stating he did not show proof that the tires were adjusted for sidewall cracking. *jb |
