| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer received an unexpected jolt from the rear that pushed the vehicle into another car. *mr the consumer noticed that another vehicle had run into him and that there were no occupants in the vehicle that hit him. it turned out that the operator of that vehicle that had run into the consumer, started his vehicle by a remote starter while walking towards his vehicle and hit the consumers vehicle. the vehicle that had run into the consumer was a manual transmission/honda civic equipped with a "clifford alarm system" by "direct electronics, inc." the consumer was told by the owner of the vehicle that had hit him, that a service person had parked the vehicle and left it in gear and apparently did not set the emergency brake. *sc *jb |
