| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Vehicle's starter would not engage the flywheel.*mr when the vehicle was taken home and on the first day the consumer noticed that there was no measurable amount of oil in it. after the consumer had the vehicle for four days he was thrown to the pavement and broke his shoulder. after careful inspection of the vehicle, the consumer found two nuts on the front axel had never been tightened. the wheel was so loose, it was impossible to control the vehicle at speeds between 5-15 mph. the consumer had to order an new starter because the dealer had no parts for the vehicle. the consumer would like to be reimbursed for his hospital bill (panterra fusion 2004). *nm |
